fisherPaul D. Fisher, P.M., Reading Lodge No. 549, was elected and installed Worshipful Master of the Pennsylvania Lodge of Research on Saturday, Dec. 1, in the Greensburg Masonic Center. The Lodge of Research was honored with the attendance of Ronald A. Aungst, Sr., then-R.W.J.G.W., and a charter member of the Lodge, who also served as the Installing Marshal. The Installing Officer was John L. McCain, R.W.P.G.M. and charter member of the Lodge of Research.

Elected and installed were: Paul D. Fisher, W.M.; James L. Sieber, S.W.; Robert L. Engel, J.W.; Danny R. McKnight, Treas.; Charles S. Canning, Sec.; and John L. Winkelman, W. Jack Yates, and William E. Yeager, Jr., all Trustees. The newly installed master appointed the floor officers and several committees for the year.

Two papers were presented during the meeting: "The Robber Baron of Freemasonry" by Bro. Fisher, and "Masonry and the Ten Commandments" by Bro. W. Edward Sell, retired Dean Emeritus of the Law School, University of Pittsburgh.

The next meetings of the Pennsylvania Lodge of Research will be Saturday, June 8, in Altoona and Saturday, Dec. 7, in Reading.
