More than 300 persons were served during the Community Pancake and Sausage Breakfast at the Greensburg Masonic Center on Saturday, Dec. 1. The annual breakfast, held jointly since 1991 by Philanthropy Lodge No. 225 and Westmoreland Lodge No. 518, benefits the Greensburg Masonic Center Building Fund.

The busy kitchen (picture on left) crew that hustled up the buttermilk and buckwheat pancakes, sausage links and patties, and sliced ham, comprised (front to rear at left): Jack Engelbrecht, Lodge No. 225; Jane Burrell; Ruby Smith; Project Manager Richard Enterline, Lodge No. 225; Dennis Comp, Lodge No. 518; Chief Cook Carl Schweinsburg, Lodge No. 518; and Tim Weir, Lodge No. 225. Among the early morning diners was a group of Masons who were in Greensburg for the meeting of the Pennsylvania Lodge of Research later that day in the Masonic Center.
